  • “Appointment” refers to a scheduled time for a Patient to receive Services from the Clinic.
  • “Treatment” refers to any medical, aesthetic, or therapeutic procedure provided by the Clinic.

3. SERVICES

3.1 Professional Services

Dimond Health & Aesthetic Clinic provides various health and aesthetic services performed by qualified healthcare professionals. All our practitioners are appropriately qualified, registered, and insured to perform the Services they provide.

3.2 Website Information

The information provided on our Website is for general information purposes only. While we endeavor to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Website for any purpose.

4. APPOINTMENTS

4.1 Booking

Appointments can be booked through our Website, by telephone, or in person. All Appointments are subject to practitioner availability.

4.2 Confirmation

Once an Appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation via email or text message. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Appointment details are correct.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the Treatment cost. Failure to attend an Appointment without notice (“no-show”) may result in a charge of up to 100% of the Treatment cost.

4.4 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your Appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your Treatment time may be reduced, or your Appointment may need to be rescheduled. The full Treatment fee will apply regardless of reduced Treatment time due to late arrival.

5. PAYMENT

5.1 Fees

All fees for Services are as stated on our Website or as quoted by our staff. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect Appointments already confirmed.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer. For certain Treatments, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

5.3 Insurance

If you are claiming through private medical insurance, you are responsible for verifying coverage with your insurer before your Appointment. You remain liable for any costs not covered by your insurance.

6. TREATMENTS

6.1 Consultation

Before any Treatment is provided, a consultation will take place to assess suitability and discuss potential outcomes, risks, and alternatives. The Clinic reserves the right to refuse Treatment if it is deemed inappropriate or potentially unsafe.

6.2 Consent

Written informed consent will be obtained before any Treatment is provided. Patients have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

6.3 Medical History

Patients must provide a complete and accurate medical history. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in complications for which the Clinic cannot be held responsible.

6.4 Results

While we strive for the best possible outcomes, the Clinic cannot guarantee specific results from any Treatment. Individual results may vary based on factors including but not limited to age, medical history, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

6.5 Aftercare

Patients will be provided with appropriate aftercare instructions following Treatment. Failure to follow these instructions may compromise Treatment outcomes and may void any Treatment guarantees.

7. HEALTH AND SAFETY

7.1 Infections and Illness

If you have an infectious illness or condition, please reschedule your Appointment to prevent transmission to staff and other Patients.

7.2 Premises

Patients must comply with all health and safety regulations and instructions while on Clinic premises.

8. AGE RESTRICTIONS

8.1 Minimum Age

Certain Treatments have minimum age requirements. Patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must provide consent for Treatment.

9. USER CONDUCT

When using our Website, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on our intellectual property rights
  • Submit false or misleading information
